A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

NATASHA ANATOLIAN, LPC, PsyD

I provide expert, solution-focused therapy for a comprehensive range of mental health challenges for individuals, couples, families, and adolescents 12+, as well as specialized treatment for ADHD, trauma, and PTSD.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I aim to help you explore your unique strengths and build tools to navigate the complexities of life. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take steps toward growth, healing, and fulfillment.

In my practice, I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs using a client-centered, result-oriented approach. Healing from trauma is a deeply personal journey, which is why I provide evidence-based techniques, such as trauma-focused therapy to support your recovery and foster resilience. During counseling sessions we may explore treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Integration (EMI), and mindfulness practices. I find that using a combination of therapies is most effective to successfully treat military service members experiencing PTSD and combat trauma so that they gain relief and new perspectives.

In addition to general mood disorders like anxiety and depression, clients living with ADHD will also find me extremely experienced in helping them explore their goals, strengths, and challenges so that they can thrive. I fully understand the impact of ADHD on daily life, relationships, and self-esteem, and I work with clients to develop practical strategies and build confidence in managing challenges while embracing their unique strengths.

With children and adolescents, I help with issues of addiction to electronics, post trauma growth, ADHD, transition through puberty, and developing better communication with parents. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication difficulties, or loss of connection, I support individuals, couples, and families looking to rebuild trust and create a healthier dynamic.

Let’s work together to create the change you’re seeking. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
